1. General

• All jewellery items sold are subject to availability.
• Mahakal Jewellers reserves the right to change product prices and offers at any time without prior notice.
• All content on the website is for informational purposes only and does not constitute professional advice.

2. Payments & Pricing

• All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless specified otherwise.
• Full payment must be received before dispatch or collection of items.
• Making charges and taxes are applicable as per product type and design.

3. Booking Rates

• Gold or Silver rate bookings require 20% advance payment.
• Remaining payment must be completed before product delivery.

4. Buyback & Returns

• Buyback is offered only on physical inspection and original bill submission.
• Return policy may vary depending on product condition and market rate.
• Customized and special order items are not eligible for return or exchange.
• Exchange or Buyback Anytime – 100% Value at Ongoing Market Price.

5. Refund & Cancellation

• Once you book the gold rate, the rate is fixed along with the applicable making charges.
• Jewellery must be collected within 30 days from the date of booking.
• In case of cancellation, You will receive a refund based on whichever is lower — the current market rate or your booked rate.
• At the time of booking, GST must be paid.
• During final delivery, you must pay: Remaining gold amount (as per booked rate), Applicable GST, and Making charges, depending on the jewellery selected.
• If you request a refund: You will receive a refund based on whichever is lower — the current market rate or your booked rate after Deducting GST.
• If you choose to take delivery instead of a refund: You will receive the jewellery at the booked rate, even if the market rate is higher or lower.

5. Warranty & Purity

• All jewellery comes with purity assurance. Hallmarked items include BIS certification.
• No warranty is applicable on normal wear, tear, or mishandling.

6. Privacy Policy

Customer information is kept confidential and is not shared with any third party, except as required by law. By using our website, you consent to the collection and use of personal information in accordance with our privacy practices.

7. Legal Jurisdiction

All disputes arising shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Indore, Madhya Pradesh only.
